New Youth Orchestra Starts in Williamson County, TN
The Cool Springs Symphony organization is continuing to expand and meet the needs of musicians.
Opportunities have begun in February 2010 to begin a local youth organization that is for full orchestra, whose goal is to provide quality and varied music experiences to high school students in the Franklin, Tennessee area and beyond. This group - tentatively named the Cool Springs Youth Orchestra, will play a very wide variety of classical, pops, film and Americana music.
Future opportunities also under consideration are a summer camp for middle school band students and other music groups for different age groups.
